OmniLink acts as a connector and facilitator. We introduce parties, coordinate opportunities, and provide advisory and matching services across our ventures. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, OmniLink is not a party to any transaction, employment relationship, investment, or agreement formed between parties we introduce.

OmniLink Talent does not charge candidates any fee for job matching, placement, or recruitment services. Any person or entity requesting payment from candidates while claiming to represent OmniLink is acting fraudulently. Please report such activity to us immediately at talent@omnilinksolutions.org.

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information and documents they submit, including CVs, work history, and qualifications. Submitting false or misleading information may result in removal from our talent platform.

We do not guarantee employment, placement, business deals, investment results, property transactions, or any specific outcome from using our services. Introductions and matches are provided on a best-efforts basis.

Content provided through OmniLink Capital, OmniLink ROI, or any related venture is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any investment or capital arrangement is subject to its own separate written agreement and independent due diligence. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Property information provided through Lao Link Real Estate or any related venture is for general informational purposes. Listings, availability, and pricing may change without notice. Opportunities, placements, and transactions may involve third-party employers, investors, developers, or service providers. OmniLink is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or obligations of third parties, and any arrangement with a third party is governed by that party's own terms.
